This site was feeling a bit serious so here a few images that were the result of experimentation in pixel sorting and data bending. Various tools/programs were used and what’s here is only a fraction of the output. The themes of distortion via process and machine translations are super interesting and tangent to my interests in the disruption of expectations. It’s also fun to try new tools and follow the deviations to their own ends. I used Processing, Extrafile, Word, FilterForge, Photoshop, a few sound editors and some other little bits I’d have to dig to remember the name of.
